Tricia Elgar is a highly skilled editor with a professional background in education and creative arts.  For her bachelor's degree at the University of Queensland, she studied English literature, writing and style, before completing a postgraduate Diploma in Education.

After many years of workplace writing, editing and proofreading, she formalised her expertise with UQ's Graduate Certificate in Writing, Editing and Publishing, which included an internship with education publisher Wiley.  A member of the Institute of Professional Editors, Tricia enjoys working with all kinds of texts—academic, workplace and creative—and has a special affinity for personal projects such as family histories and eulogies.
